SUPERFOODS HISTORY
Superfoods was established in 2015 for the purpose of packing commodities. In 2016 Superfoods acquired National Food Company (NFC), a company that had a long history in Egypt and abroad. NFC was established in 1984 and engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of bouillon, jam, juice and dried soups. NFC had presence in Egypt and was an export powerhouse to all Middle East markets in addition to the United States and Japan. In 2017 Superfoods added culinary to its line of products.
Yes, Superfoods might seem young, but both Managing Director, Karim Ayoub, and Chairman, Atef Tawfik, bring along more than 25 years of experience in the FMCGs industry. Superfoods’ CTO, Dr.Mohamed Roza, also brings over 36 years of experience in technical, manufacturing & operational management.

Since its establishment in 2015 Superfoods has been supplying clients with premium quality products, varying from juices, preserves & jams to bouillon cubes & soups. All our products are properly approved by relevant authorities, to ensure that our clients receive the best possible products available.

In 2016 Superfoods acquired Mano, Alaz, Zazio, Perlina and Kato. The brands had strong presence in Egypt, Middle East, United States and Japanese markets. In 2017 the company added Superfoods brand to its portfolio of brands.

Superfoods strategic plan is to continue NFC journey, resume all export markets previously serviced by NFC, adding new production capacities to expand our global coverage through penetrating new markets, and become the leading food manufacturer in Egypt and to take a place among the world-class players in the industry.
SF PRODUCT POLICY
Only the best ingredients and the finest of raw materials are used in Superfoods products. Jams, natural nectar, syrups are all made from rich and delicious Egyptian fruits. Tomato ketchup and paste made from fresh Egyptian tomatoes. And finally, for dried soups and bouillon cubes, the ingredients used are manufactured by world recognized and internationally tested companies.
